Look for the threads on beginner cycles and also nutritional priming for a cycle. As far as the proposed cycle goes 8 wks is too short for a long ester cycle like test e. For an 8 wk cycle you will need to use a short ester like test prop but then daily or EOD injections will be needed and injection site pain is guaranteed. For a test e cycle look to 12 wks at 400mg per wk. This will achieve good results with the serious gains starting at wk 4 and peaking around wk 6-12. If you want to protect your little fellas use HCG at 250iu's twice per wk starting at wk 4-12 this will keep the testes hanging and happy. As far as diet an increase of around 500-750 cals is needed to optimize gains, that said I would post your complete diet on the diet forum to get expert advice in that area.
PS Plan out your PCT and purchase your PCT chems before starting the cycle, you never want to start trying to implement PCT during the last week of a cycle.
