    Help! I Need to get RIpped!!!

    I am 21yrs old 6'2 200lbs I have a really high metabolism and I have done three major cycles. I wanna shred up for the summer. I Pretty lean but not to where i want to be. I have access to winny anavar and primbolan. What type of cycle should i do for summer to get maxium shred. Thanks Paul

    well you say you did 2 cycles and now you want to cut up. having in hand what you said you have access to winny var primo, i would say this. not a good idea to mix winn with var. Use one or the other. Primo i heard the company who was making them stoped producing them so i do'nt know much about that.

    I would say this
    -Start eating 7 good meals a day, with low calorie/fat a day
    -Buy a good source of meal replacemnt with low fat/sugar
    -Cardio 3 days a week for at least 30minutes
    -If you want take ECA stacks like hydroxycut, i prefer dimedatrine extreme... always work good for me
    -at least 1 gallon of water a day

    But if you want to do a cycle i would think these are good
    To Gain quality muscle mass and little bloat if any
    -Fina
    -Winstrol
    -Anavar
    -Primo
    -Clen/T3/DNP
    -EQ =Vascularity
    -Test Prop

    Fix your diet and do cardio on a empty stomach in the morning.
