ive been busy playing with a few compounds. it all started months ago, i got a bottle of pcl winny's took them at 50 mg a day then went up to 100mg a day. after 6 weeks they run out. well armed with clomid i thought i'd do as told n take them. urgh that was nasty. i lasted 10 days. so i read as much as i could. finding slingshot training i planned out a route of discovery.
so i got 10ml of pcl tri 400. run it at 1.5ml a week for 6 weeks. i was using a 5 day split titled sling shot training from another site. 2 weeks prime, 4 weeks blast, 2 weeks cruise.
this went well, i learned a whole lot from it. thanks.
i then during cruise stopped everything for 2 weeks.
i followed this with the next prime, blast and cruise as follows;
1ml of test e 200/tren a 200 ugl and 0.5ml of pcl prop EOD
when i got to the cruise i did 1ml of sus each week and took a T5 five on 2 off. i felt the esters disappearing during the 2 weeks deload or cruise.
ive just started a similar prime although more,
using the same test e 200/tren a 200 + tri test 400 + prop 100 i have mixed all in equal amounts and have started 1 ml every day. so thats 100mg tren a, 100mg test e, 100mg of the tri and 25 mg of prop.
so once it has kicked in i make that
100 tren
225 test
and as a bonus 50 mg of winny tabs
all every day
i plan to run this for the 6 weeks. then cruise on 1ml of sus for the 2 weeks.
this next bit may be wrong, someone who really knows advise please,
i may then go on with the sus for another 6 weeks and do T5's for the prime and T5 + clen for the blast. finishing with only sus for the 2 weeks deload. then PCT.
LOL PCT a whole other subject that confuses the hell out of me.
i mean ive just finished the 2 week sus, had a bit of maybe fina dick. it was good, could do the Mrs for hours and had to work real hard to fire, always fired well. then as i got to the end of the 2 weeks sus, lol porn worked for me again, the time with the mrs went down to mere minutes rather than hours.
oh BTW if its relevant i know most of you have your opinions, taking gear is an adult decision. I'm 37 6'3" and at the end of the Blast was 110Kg, BF around 20% after the 2 weeks on sus and T5 104Kg and BF is less as i can now see abs and shape better.
presume my diet is ok, i am a manager in a global sport nutrition store here in the UK. on cycle im on 1.25 to 1.75 grams protein per lb.
3 grams vit C a day,
strongest multi vit we got,
plus ZMA (zink, magnesium, and B6)
3 grams of amino an hour before gym, and that night.
about 4-6 liters of water a day.
i need to be big as it is a job requirement the size got me the job. however, can anyone advise about if i need a break, how to and when to.
