okay so im 15 days into my first cycle
week 1-8 prop 100 mg eod
week 1-8 anavar 50mg ed
week 1-4 d-bol 30mg ed (stopped the d-bol as i believe it to be fake)
okay well yesterday was the first time i can say i felt different during training, bench press went up a fair bit from reppin 80kg 6 times to doing 90kg 6 times which i was happy about, today was back the main thing i noticed was major lower back pumps which was quite annoying but managed to crack on, so far i havent noticed visible size gains but my weight has gone up about 6-7lbs and i think its probally as i see myself all the time. no sides to repport.
