    1st timer on the fence...

    Advice for a 1st timer
    I am in the process of getting my 1st cycle together & I am on the fence for which one to begin with. Here are my specs:

    35 yrs old
    6'1"
    225lbs
    BF% 37 - per Tanita device

    I am looking to lose lots of body fat and lean up considerably. I am considering tren , HGH, test or any combo but I am unsure on the dosage or if I should even go this route. Any info is appreciated.

    Age please. also, your Bf% needs to come WAY down before any type of gear is used. Go to diet section and read. I would also suggest that in this section as well. The best advice for you is to read at this point and that includes other posts.

    Need to do a lot more research man. Your proposed cycle is awful for a 1st timer, and your bf is waaay too high to pick up the sauce. Cut down the bf naturally and do some more research before you pick up anything and hurt yourself.

    6 foot 1 225 37% body fat seems to be a little high at that weight 37% would be around 300 or so i would think. And ya u need to do some reading bud

    Just to go in to a little more detail about what was mentioned above... With that high of bodyfat you are at a much greater risk for gyno
    Tren... Forget about it.. It's like drinking moonshine the first time you ever try alcohol.. its incredibly strong and has severe sides.. not to be messed with until you have a few cycles under your belt..
    Your optimal cycle would be Test only once you lower your bodyfat... After you have a proper diet and a long steady training history..
    If you post a pic, some of these guys may be able to estimate your bf%... as mentioned above, 37% with those stats does sound pretty high

    Diet Section would be the best place for you to start. While you're there getting together a solid diet, do more research on AAS. No need to get into a hurry. And besides, without a good diet, all for not.

    I'm 35 & have been working out for years. I've been running also for the past 18 months & I am not dropping any weight. I don't know if the BF scale I am using is right, wrong or broken. I have been on a 6 meal per day diet since May & my BF has come down about 3%. I just don't see how my BF could possibly be close to 40%. Would HGH only for about 6 months help me cut my BF down considerably?

    Yeah, it sounds a little high to me too but without pics, impossible to tell.

    Why not hit the Diet Section and post your diet for the experts over there to critique?

    Bro u gotta get out of ur head that the gear is the fix all, u arnt gona just get ripped magically becuz u inject sum HGH or Tren or Test or any other steroid. Ur not losing weight becuz ur diet & workout r not rite, plain & simple. I agree, 37% is way hi 4 ur frame & I hope it is rong. But either way the diet & workout sections can help u put 2gether a system that works. Impatience will do nothing but hurt u.
