Okay guys going to do my first run with a 19nor deca. After lots of research i have decided to go with a cycle 12 weeks in total
1-10 deca 300mg ew
1-12 test e 500mg ew
12-14 total of 5000iu hcg ew

starting adex at .25mg ed till gyno become sa larger factor, I know it will because of previouse cycles. At that point i will be taking 20mg nolva ed through the remaining cycle along with .5mg caber 2xweek.
Training is as follows
monday chest tri's abs
tuesday back bi's
wednesday legs abs
thursday shoulders forearm
friday bi,tri abs
saturday and sunday i work so works out for days off.

Well fellas took the first inj today all is well... how is everything looking?
my goals are to cleanly bulk adding 10-15lbs of solid keepable beef would be my expected goal, is this attainable with my diet, training,and gear..
any and all feedback much appreciated.
