    Test deca cycle diet included

    Okay guys going to do my first run with a 19nor deca. After lots of research i have decided to go with a cycle 12 weeks in total
    1-10 deca 300mg ew
    1-12 test e 500mg ew
    12-14 total of 5000iu hcg ew
    pct
    nolva 40/40/20/20/10
    clomid 100/100/50/50
    letro on hand
    starting adex at .25mg ed till gyno become sa larger factor, I know it will because of previouse cycles. At that point i will be taking 20mg nolva ed through the remaining cycle along with .5mg caber 2xweek.
    Training is as follows
    monday chest tri's abs
    tuesday back bi's
    wednesday legs abs
    thursday shoulders forearm
    friday bi,tri abs
    saturday and sunday i work so works out for days off.
    Diet is as follows
    pre breakfast p/c/f/total
    whey shake 20/4.5/1.5/114
    2 cups milk 16/26/0/180
    bannana 2/51/1/200
    1/2 cup granola 7/48/1.5/200
    meal #2
    breakfast 4 large whole eggs 24/4/18/280
    2oz ham 10/2/5/90

    There are a few sauces that do put on for flavor so actuall cals may vary very small 200+/-
    BTW I rest at least 8hrs a night mostly 10hrs

    Well fellas took the first inj today all is well... how is everything looking?
    my goals are to cleanly bulk adding 10-15lbs of solid keepable beef would be my expected goal, is this attainable with my diet, training,and gear..
    any and all feedback much appreciated.

    Only change i would make is bi's tri's abs only train once week same as other muscle groups but your pretty much all there . . .enjoy ha

    where are your green and leafy veggies? you need to add those to your diet. also, need to add a little fat in there as well. It will help body to work better and efficient.

    everything else looks pretty good though

    haha yeah i've been cutting for almost 3 months so low to no REAL carbs just veggies... prolly throw some in with my rice make it easy but kinda burnt out ya know. i may cook my fish in olive oil for fats aswell didn't include that in the macros but it is a possibility.

    Alright, i decided to log this cycle to get the most out of it. i want all the input i can get so suggest all you'd like. so far 2 days in no change but nothing is expected this early. back and bis are today normal diet protocol.

    Okay nothing new to report except i just stopped my low dose t3 today. 2nd day oncycle. weight up one pound probably just my preworkout shake. but nothing expected still.

    Okaay guys took thge weekend off for work back at it today. up 1.5lbs could just be fluquation in water or water. lol either way good lift today nothing really expected yet. took my second pin today. 1.0 test.5deca 1.5ml total. i added 1/4 cup of almonds to my diet for some extra fats and also some mixed frozen veggies into my rice. so uped my total daily cals to around 3200. trying to keep the gains clean.

    Alright guys 7 days in did back today. up 3 lbs no adex yet. letting the estro become a factor before i start. Lifts felt slightly lighter but this could be mental just from the scale going up. i do feel like im getting a little bloat already but i do like the mass gain.

    I plan on running the exact same cycle. I already have my Test E, letro, clomid, and nolva. Just not sure how I want to dose my Deca. Keep us posted about how you feel, im curious to how your joints are gonna feel from the extra strength your going to get.

    I'm feeling some increase in libido from the test already. so far so good probably going to be another week or 2 before i get the full affect. I'm using 20mg adex ed now i had laying around i know estro will flare up so that is when i'll add the letro. From my understanding 300mg ew is the min if you want your gains to come from the deca. less if just for joint.I will keep you all posted. today was my 3rd pin. up 5 lbs total!! not bad for 8 days. purely water and diet im sure.

    Alright guys did a beastly shoulder trap ab workout today. weights were up slightly maybe 1-2 more reps per set. weight is up another pound. so far weight gain is 6 lbs mostly water and diet. as deca and test e take a couple of weeks. libido still up no sides no acne no oily skin. have noticed better pump maybe from water. only other supps being taken are gold standard whey and glutamine. all else is pure food. multivitamin also. keep you guys posted again on monday. working the weekend again!

    No one would even respond to the cycle I posted, just get the typical "your not ready" response. I guess cuz I dont weigh over 200lbs im not ready lol...

    I decided to run the same cycle as you though, 500mg/week test e and 400mg/week deca.

    Another thing I noticed was someone telling your to get more fats in there, well hes right. You can take fish oil or flax seed oil in place of fats, best at night from what I read. Omega 3s are good for your joints, cardio, and good fat intake. Also use olive oil to cook with everything! Olive oil is packed with Omega 3s.

    Olive oil is a monosaturated fat not omega 3. Fish like salmon is omega 3.

    Also if you cook with olive oil don't get it to it's smoke point. It breaks down the fat and makes it very in healthy. Coconut oil has a high heat threshold!

    This is my 3rd cycle. Yeah i added 1/4 cup almonds to my diet along with an asparagus veggie blend to get some greens in. I was cutting before this so i was burnt out on veggies tbh. lol I do use olive oil to cook but didn't include it in my macros.
    i'm not 200 lbs at the moment. I was from my last cycle up to 210 but around 17%bf. I recently broke my hand so i didn't lift for around 4 weeks. this was the final week of my pct so horrible timing. How much do you weigh? age?

    Tanks for the input. I usually cook on my george foreman and use olive oil instead of spray.

    Okay guys back at it again did my inj on sunday hit chest today reps were up. weight felt slightly lighter. really feeling more focused in the gym better pumps so test and deca must be edging into my system. up another pound so 7 pounds total in 13days diet and water mostly.

    in all honesty, id up that deca to 400mg, you most prob wont see alot at 300mgs

    placebo but nothing wrong with that! your gear wont kick in for afew weeks yet

    While i was doing some research ni herd 400 is the rec dosage. considering it is my 3rd cycle i think 300 will be okay. if i do like the results next cycle will be 500mg deca 500mg test. Im a year round bulker not fat but i like to have some mass to my A**. lol thanks for the reply

    I figured as much but just keeping everyone on base with how the cycle is going from start to finish.... can't wait for it to kick in

    Just curious no one has suggested that the HCG be run biweekly through the later half of the cycle. Also he is planning to to use Adex to control estro based on prior experience and then switching to Nolva and Caber while still on cycle? My thoughts would be that if you have had prior aromatization of test leading to gyno symptoms by all means use an AI to control it on cycle, but then switching to a SERM and particularly Caber probably will not be needed if the AI does indeed control the estro the prolactin issues will usually be kept at bay. This also leads me in the direction already mentioned, maybe you would be better off increasing the Deca and lowering the Test as you seem to aromatize test pretty easily, the stated Deca dose is low and it might be better to let the Deca pull the load?

    Just a thought, maybe something to consider next time around then you can compare the results from the two approaches and see the gains and costs.

    Yes the ai will control estro for a while but after 5-6 weeks it becomes more of an issue. nolva is g2g for me, but i think i may just use letro and save the nolva for pct. im going to just go higher ed doses of hcg 2 weeks before pct. I did read estro leads to prolactin but i just want to be safe. It's my first 19nor so just want to be say!! thanks for the concern though man. Also I Have really considered running decafor my next cycle around 500-600mg ew for 12 weeks with only 250mg ew test e. What are your thoughts on that? just food for thought...

    Well guys did back and hams yesterday. did quads calves and abs today. Lifts felt good. deads are up 20lbs for 8 reps full stretch so kinda pumped for that. no sides as of yet little bloat but i like the look

    Okay guys did shoulders bi tri forearm traps and abs today weights are up!!!! pump is increased. Test is kicking in pretty sure. Very happy diet is the same. I trained late at night so my body weight was the same as before. no loss/gain mostly water weight anyway. I'll post again on monday after chest. going for strength this week 6 reps!

    This isn'y my first cycle so i know when the test kicks in. I do believe it is kicking in slowly by now the deca on the other hand..... idk maybe i went up 10lbs on db shoulder press yesterday so Iw as impressed!!! to say the least.

    Okay guys good restful weekend at work. did another inj. yesterday. Today is my chest and tri day. let me tell ya first im up 2lbs. my bench is up 10lbs per hand db press.!!!! in one week! I think I'm in love with deca. so far no sides at this low dose and strength is already back to where i was during my last cycle peak. Pretty sure my new logic is include deca in every cycle Back and hammys tomorrow let you guys know how my deads are coming tomorrow.

    Okay guys did some back and hammys today. deads are up 4 reps from prev. weight. also max is up 30lbs! pretty stoked. ppl at the gym have started to take notice to my strength and size gains already... not sure if this is good or bad... also I wore a polo to work today and a few ppl mad some small comments about some size gains. told'em it's all diet!! so far i Love this cycle!!

    well guys kinda been slacking on my updates but do far im up another pound. strength is amazing already!! I know 300mg is low to some but this is a good dose imho! focusing on bulking clean and so far so good! up 11lbs so far!! not bad!

    Welp guys inject yesterday. did my chest routine kept the reps a little higher today. weight has sremained the same since my last update! so far so good! weights are still increasing as far as reps go. didn't go below 8 reps today. Also ended up finishing my routine with somthing called fs7 man thats a pump!!
