In reading through the threads and cycles in this forum, a repeated theme is that of running Test only as a first cycle.
Question: Is it ever OK to run something additional, or completely different?
My situation: I am 29, and looking to put my first cycle together. About 195 lbs, BF a bit higher than I would like - so I would like to cut on my first cycle.
I want to keep it simple, but also accomplish my goals of leaning out considerably while increasing my LBM and getting "hard".
Will test accomplish this, or is there something else I can stack that will have a more direct impact on fat loss?
