I would like to start a cycle and need some advice have deca and test but not sure how many cc's to start with, and should I do one before the other or both at same time, should I add anything else?

Read about Deca and what it can do to your sexual drive, are you aware of that side effect?
Why deca? Given you don't have any cycle experience, I would suggest running test e/c only for 10-12 weeks at starting dosage 250mcg, up to 400mcg.
Deca is harsh on your body and not to be used for beginners.
