Aussie considering first time

Hi all, first off would like to say forgive me if I break any rules or offend anyone unintentionally as it's my first time posting and I may have missed something in the stickys. I've been reading for a while but only recently signed up an account. I've been considering a cycle for some time now, I have one source who I asked about Test-E but he strongly advised against this telling me the particular type that he can get is of poor quality and recommended that i try Sus250 + Deca instead. would these 2 combined be okay for a 1st cycle?

hope i haven't mistakenly broken any rules/etiquette I guess I'll find out soon.

And ur diet, and I can help from there!! If not ur full diet post protein carbs and fat per day u could easily see some solid gains by changing ur diet bro!

Also, find a new source (so when you do take it, over the age of 25).....sus/deca first cycle = stupidity. Your source know's nothing.

too young? I'm 26 i thought it was okay after 25, I don't follow a strict diet really I just make sure I eat reasonably healthy food every 2 hours up to about 6-7 times a day plus protein shakes. I train nearly every day 1 muscle group per day, I rest when i don't feel 100% or just once or twice a week.

hey mate, id put up your stats and maybe even your diet because you may get some more helpful advise.

by no means do i claim to know shit about this game but if you say you dont follow a strict diet theres your problem right there. diet is key.

as for your source, he sounds like he doesnt know shit or that hes just trying to get the most money out of you and doesn care what you do to yourself. i had a guy try to sell me a test e and tren cycle without a pct for my first cycle. scary stuff.

Hit the diet section man theres alot of great reads there, and also you shouldnt take two different compounds on your first cycle because if you do and get a bad reaction you wont know what the reaction is to. check the newbie starter pack sticky for more info. good luck!

i cant speak for everywhere but i know in melbourne theres allot of bunk crap going around, you can get legit stuff but its very expensive. i guess you get what you pay for
