confusion about deca

guys pls hlp me i wan to use Deca-Durabolin but as i learn from many stuff to include testosterone in cycle i really dont know how to take it
1)should i take Deca-Durabolin and testosterone injection same day
2)or take testosterone after 1week of Deca-Durabolin
and i wan to use 200 mg of Deca-Durabolin and 250 mg of testosterone
is it right or not pls suggest if i need to know any thing more

You are too young to use AAS. Please go to the educational threads and read "the young and steroids" written by marcus 300.

You will get the deca dick if you use it. It is not fun and can take a long time to recover. At 20 you should focus on diet.

At 20 years old you have all the natural test you should need in the world. I guarantee that tweaks to your diet and training will benefit you just as much as AAS in the shortterm, but unlike AAS will also provide you with benefits for your entire lifting career.
