D-Bol Only Cycle & Nolvadex

Hey guys, I'm very new to steroids . Have never done any. I have a friend who hooked me up with a bottle of Liqua-Tech Dbol (10mg) and a bottle of Nolvadex (10mg). I'm only doing just dbol for my first run at anabolics, I know people will say wasting my time only doing dbol but I just want to start light and do something very basic.

Now my question is how to run the stuff, my buddy who hooked me up with it told me to take:

3- Dbol ED
2- Nolvadex ED
3- Liv52 ED

4 week cycle.

Then for pct just take some Tribulus and 1 Nolvadex ED until out.

Then I have a personal trainer who has done steroids and he said don't worry about any of that he said just to take 3 Dbol a day and don't even take the Nolvadex or Liv 52 . Even for PCT don't take Nolvadex, or Liv 52. But he suggested if I wanted to, take some tribulus after the 4 week cycle.

He said that he used to eat 5 (10mg) Dbol a day and not take any anit-estrogen or liver support. He thought it'd be best to save my Nolvadex for when I do a bigger stack.

So what should I do? Who has some experiences to share.

you won't gain anything from 30 mg a day for 4 weeks. Maby a little water weight which you will lose after. what are your stats? age?

Nolva is for PCT, AIs are for on cycle
Trib is useless, especially for PCT
Oral only cycles are stupid, and 30mg is low anyway
