is 2ml to much to inject into your shoulder??

is 2ml to much to inject into your shoulder ?? first time ive done it in my shoulder and it aches a fiar bit but nothing too bad, just wondering if 2ml is too much for the shoulder ??

depends on the size of your delts. i havent gone above 2ml in mine, i get an achey dead arm feeling above that

2ml is fine, unless you have absolutely no mass on your delts. And in that case you probably shouldn't be injecting anything to begin with

3mL is my cut off on shoulders.

2 is no prob, I try to keep it 3 or less in delts. Virgin muscle will be achey for awhile until your body is use to it.

I would recommend a 1"+ needle if injecting 2+ml's in the delt

I find personally anything less results in a back flow of some oil when pulling out

Damn you guys make me feel like a sissy boi, I only pin 1.5 max in the delts. I may have to try stepping up and see what happens.
