was taking test e, just 500mg/wk. Right now just on nolva for pct. Its been doing it since I was on though. It comes and goes. I feel it more when I go lay down at night to go to sleep. It doesnt really bother me much just feels weird. Just wondering if it's common or not.

Yeah I measure bp 3 times in the last hour and got:

    110/65
    129/79
    119/69

Heart rate at 75-80 all 3 times

Its normal for bp to fluctuate. Standing and sitting you will get different numbers. Also if you had been active and then sat down it will be a little higher. Mine is about 108/66 resting and when I get up and get active it goes up to around 118/ 77

Yeah bro I know that part... I did 3 just to get an estimate of my average bp. All seems to be ok. I have a blood test coming up in 2 weeks. Im curious to see my levels.

Yes, I get ths same thing. Mostly when I'm on gear.... I went to the doc to get it checked out, then ran some test and everything came out ok. However, I was off gear at the time of my appt therfore It was not betting as constantly... I noticed that I also tend to get them really bad on a full stomach.

I have the same thing off cycle all the time. Had it checked out. Dr said it was cardiac awarness, meaning your more aware of how your heart beats. It feels like heart is pounding but its actual working normal. You'll notice lil rythemic change where as most people never notice anything at all.

I was very concerned, so if you are too, go get checked to be safe. When on cycle my heart beats much faster. At least with this cycle, but it the 1st cutting cycle i've ran so it could be the compounds im on.

"The arrhythmias most frequently reported during treatment with anabolic steroids are: atrial fibrillation, supraventricular and ventricular ectopic beats, QT prolongation (particularly in genetically predisposed subjects), sustained and not sustained ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation."

    source

    A very real phenomenon

Add in some stimulants and you got your self a confused ticker

You only ever really notice it at night when all you have is your thoughts and your beating heart

My heart beats almost feels like it skips then followed by a load of fast beats to keep up when on stims

Screw stimulants, im avoiding them from now on

Multiple drug induced heart malfunction is not how I want to go out

Here is what I have found to help

Never take any stimulants before sleeping

Drink lot's of water (this can help slow down the heart rate)

Supplement with magnesium to help the body normalize the cardiac electrophysiology

Potassium is another important mineral for the heart

I'm getting that alot right now, but that's because I'm on clen and T3. Also, the real name for what you are describing is PALPITATIONS, not heartbeat awareness or whatever layman's terms the doc gave you.
