    Need Some Advice

Hello im a 27 male who is over weight 320 lbs. i was put on paxil at 21 years old for anxiety and have gained about 90 lbs in the first 2 years on it.

i have been dieting and working out and was wondering what steroids i should be looking into as far as anabolics to gain cardio and tone up as well as lose weight and does the SSRI im on matter or not ?

I find when i work out my muscles tire Very quick compared to when i was younger. after about 3-4 reps of heavy lifting i am out of gas and weak,im tired of this and am ready to commited to being healthy.

    thanks for your time.

Ok i will head there and read up. Any suggestions as far as creatine and anything to speed up weight loss and also gain endurance ? gets demotivating when working hard and not getting results.

Fixing your diet will help immensely bud. Read up on the different BCAAS, creatines, glutamine, and vitamins. These will help out a proper cutting diet that you need. For cutting I recently started looking into carb cycling. There is a really good article in the diet section that covers it.

Honestly bro, Im not sure ur hart (at ur current weight) can handle the any of the fat burners & / or NO boosters that I & most the guys / gals here use. Ive yet 2 find any OTC fat burner that wuz worth a dam IMO. If u mak a dramatic change in ur diet & hit the gym with intense conviction, u WILL c changes, & that includes changes in ur energy level & endurance / stamina. As 4 creatine, I would stay away 4 now just 4 the simple fact that it adds water weight & it will discourage u mor than it will do u any good.
