Aussie Male - First Time user. sus250, dynabolt .. dosage and pct question..

hey everyone, first time user here. i thought id join and gain some knowledge on exactly what i was doing. there seems to be a good feeling on here, where a new person can ask a question and not get shot down. which is really refreshing for a forum..

im a aussie 30 male, and getting soem roids of a friend this friday, and i dont have a pct yet, and im not sure how to get this in australia, i might actually go to my doctor and ask hiom what he can do..

ive been using gym for about a year and only got serious in the past 5 months.
i go about 5 times a week, and havent started cardio yet.
bench press 37.5kg dumbbells x 5 sets which has been really good, want to get to 40kg..

and build my biceps and legs more..

so will taking sus 250ml, in 1ml increments..

in the leg muscle twice per week.. is that right?

and 10mg dynabolt blue tabs, taking 2-3 per day for a 5 week cycle initially.


i dont know anything about pct, but from reading i know its important, hopefully some aussies can shed some light on where to get this.

Your dosing is right for a first cycle.

Personally im not a fan of Sust but either way you'll want to run it for 12+ weeks due to the long ester(s) in it, at the dose you specified. You will probably pay to mix up the leg shots with some in your ass if you can get someone to help out otherwise your quads will get pretty beat up.

Dynabolt is Dbol im guessing? Stick to 30mg (3/day split through the day) for max 4 weeks at the beginning of your cycle. I used to thing liver damage was a joke, its not

As for the PCT, grab some Nolva preferably. I highly doubt there's many docs here in Australia that are going to prescribe it for an off label use. Not anymore.

Yeah nice was going to ask about whether i can put the shot into my quads as there is more meat there. Ok no probs doing a 15 week cycle.

but with the dbol , you think take it for four weeks? then how many weeks break..

in regards to liver damage, does it help that i hardly drink.. on average i will drink alcohol once every 2 months.

not listening to anabolox would be a good start.

test 500mg pw for a 1st cycle, 250 x 2pw 3.5days apart for 10-12wks and leave the dbol out.

DO NOT start any cycle until youve your pct sitting in the cupboard, get nolva and clomid, you can buy em off the ar-r sponsor on here

And bud you can just buy the nolvadex at any legit overseas pharmacy online. Its not on the banned import list so you wont have any dramas bringing it in through customs so long as you keep the quantity low.

i was referring to the fact you recommend 2 compounds for a 1st cycle. watch what way you address ppl on here, you'll soon be got rid of........

Buy your pct from ar-r sponsor on this site. No probes getting into Australia. The nolva is called tamox and the clomad is clomi.
