    Injecting steroids (urgent newbie)

    Hi guys

    Looking for advice really I'm going to be using testosterone enanthate and also deca (injected) however I need to know what needles to use and where I can get these from? I will be taking this along with tablets such as proviron, clomid and nolvadex. Possibly dianabol aswell. I take it these will be injected into the gluteus maximus?? I need urgent help on this peeps so it's much appreciated

    I'm going to assume this is your first cycle since you are asking these types of questions. So I will start with the basics...
    We will need your stats, as you may not be ready for a cycle.
    If you are ready for a cycle (which I honestly doubt, because not knowing the answers to your questions shows a severe lack of research) then you don't need to be running multiple compounds.

    Hi there.

    I was on a beginner 1 pack which consisted of dianabol, nolvadex and clomid . I have put on weight since this so is working however the above I have described is the next stage up. I do apologise for my lack of knowledge.

    Stats:

    Height: 6ft 3
    Weight: 11stone 10 pounds

    Is there anything else you need to know?

    what is your training experience, how does your diet/training look?

    I train everyday at my local gym. My diet consists of mainly protein based foods such as red meats and lots of chicken. I take protein shakes with two raw eggs once daily along with creatine. Training is usually bicept curls, powerlifting, benchpressing, swimming, free weights. I use practically every machine available in the gym lol.

    More specifically, I mean how long have you been training? Also, I'm confused when you say "powerlifting, bench press, free weights" as if they are not related to each other.
    I think one of the vets or mods may be better qualified to help you.

    The fact that u "train everyday" is enuf 2 show ur lack of experience & knowledge bro, unless ur talkin bout cardio, weight training ED is counter productive. U cant just giv this a half a$$ effort, sit down, & research, research, research. All the answers 2 ALL ur original questions can literaly b found in a matter of minutes on this site.

    Sorry :/ well I've been doing this nearly every other day since I was 18. I'm sorry if im sounding a bit of a noob about this but I do everything by the book I eat plenty over my calorie intake per day and train hard but I can't seem to put on any weight or muscle I more or less keep losing it .. Was only because of the first cycle I was able to put on and maintain my weight. I was 9 stone about 4 months ago. Now I'm stuck at this point and cannot gain any futher really do need help on this... Just for someone to help guide me that's all

    If think ur eating enuf, but ur not gaining, then ur NOT eating enuf. U also need 2 eat the rite foods, not just anything edible. Check out the diet section bro, post ur diet & goals & then just pay attn, learn & apply. Good luck.

    I eat loads bro seriously.. I have 5 big meals a day I must intake around 3500 calories a day if not more. Is there anything you could recommend to take as a supplement to encourage either more testosterone or anything to help build more mass than what I'm already doing now?

    Im going 2 assume ur a "hard gainer", like I said, u may think ur eating enuf, but ur obviously not. Sum of the largest men walking this earth (mostly competitors) eat 4000 - 6000 cal a day! As 4 Test boosters, dont bother, they're useless. Get ur diet dialed in & build the biggest, natural foundation u can & then maybe consider a cycle. After u educate urself, of coarse.

    This says it all... you THINK you're eating a ton of food, but you don't know for sure because you clearly don't count or track your intake. Statistics show people who 'can't put on weight' typically eat alot less than they report and/or think they are, and people who 'can't lose weight' eat alot MORE than they report/think they are.

    Diet is key bro.

    Ok so say if I did count my diet correctly and eat the right things and still not make any huge gains then obviously the time comes when you need that extra help just like most of you guys I mean what did you guys start your first cycle with to get to the stage you are I could only wish to look like that..

    After you have your diet sorted out, you are taking in 1.5x more protein than you are burning you will gain. After you are in good shape, everyone is complementing you on how good you look, your body fat is under 15%, 12% is better then you start with a basic Test E or Test C cycle.

    This is it right here. The worse thing and the biggest mistake is people make is the "I eat loads" or "I eat healthy". If you make either of these statements, simply put, you don't have the foggiest notion of what your eating. To wing your diet like that and introduce AAS irresponsible,stupid, risky and doomed to either immediate failure or at the very best, complete loss of ALL gains one week after your cycle when diet becomes even more important. Find out your BMR (google) then figure your TDEE(google again) then get fitday at www.fitday.com then read ALL of the diet section, then figure out exactly what you want to do (goal) then train and diet to fine tune it to you. Then structure a well thought out training program (not "hitting the gym every day"). Do all this for at least a year straight without quitting or injury. Then, and only then, try a Test E 12 week cycle at 400-500 mg a week with properly researched, planned and obtained before hand PCT. Any shortcuts on any of these points will result in COMPLETE failure. BTW, out of all the gym memberships and all the supplements and juice and stimulants sold, think about how many truly big dudes you see. Make no mistake, this will not happen quickly or will it be easy. Just my 2 cents (although it looks like 4...)

    Bro if you cant keep weight on now you wont do it with AAS.You will only lose it.quit being LAZY and looking for the easy way beacuse there isnt one.

    Now as everyone has said, you need to go visit the diet section and get the real facts straightened out. Diet has helped me more than anything else over the past few years. Only if in my 20s I knew what I know now, I would have been a monster (ok big at least) instead of the 165lb max lean guy I was working out 2hrs a day TRYING to get big. Over training and under eating or at least eating the wrong things at the wrong time.

    Help!!!!!! I can't get it up and I have bitch tits.

    Slow down champ. hold on the deca and dbol. Run the test e by itself. Learn how to control the sides before you jump into something like deca. It'll shut you down nice and plenty. Dbol does a number on your estro levels. When you start getting sides you won't know what its from.
