    Post cycle update

Just wanted to update you guys on my results after my cycle and pct. Its been 6 weeks since my last injection. PCT is over this week. So far, I have retained about 90% of my gains. I'm down 6 pounds since last injection 6 weeks ago. I did notice that some of my strength has went down though but hopefully it will come back. I feel a little sluggish at about 3 pm everyday. Could be that I get up at 5:30 am to work out and just the riggers of the day are getting to me. All in all, I am pretty happy with my cycle. I wished I would have done a little more cardio to try to cut some of the belly fat I added. It isn't much but I am finding it hard to lose.

Lol. no i didn't gain 60 lbs. I gained 25 pounds and have only lost 6 of those 25 lbs.

I kept my diet pretty much the same. I ate and i still am eating nearly 4000 calories a day. my diet hasn't been as clean as it was on my cycle but i am getting all the protein, carbs and fat i need.

during cycle, i was working out on a 4 day split which yielded pretty good results. post cycle, i am still doing 4 days a week but i dropped the amount of sets i do and i am no longer doing a split routine. i exercise each muscle group once a week.

If your test is low then you are going to find it hard to lose that belly fat you put on. Like it was stated above, you don't lose gains overnight, except water.

he said he has retained 90% of his gains... Hes only 2 wks out of pct, of course he still retained some of his gains. Muscle just doesnt dissapear in a few wks. Wait about 6 months and come back to show how much you retained.
