5'8 185 body fat is around 7 or 8 percent, previous cycle 12 weeks andropen 275 2 shots a week. 50mg dbol/day.. diet allot of chicken and lean beef and turkey... allot of fruits and veggies.. umm wheat pasta once maybe twice a week and wheat bread a few times a day..
