    Feeling weird on M-drol cycle (advice/experience welcome)

    Im on day five of my m-drol cycle. It's my first cycle so Ive been taking 10mg a day for the first week, along with glucosamine/chondroitin and Liv52. I worked back and bi's on friday and Im still pretty sore which is very unusual for me and my knees and ankles have been hurting a little bit. Energy levels have been pretty out of whack as well. Im 6' 2" 180 21 years old. I eat 4500k a day with good macros. I sleep 7-8 hours.

    Honestly, that's what I call a cool post bro. Such a riveting tale, I honestly copy and pasted it to word, saved on my hard drive, backed it up on a jump drive, drove to the bank, put the jump drive in the safe deposit box, and will leave it there until my kids turn about 12 (when they can actually state their age, and ask what it is I'm showing them), when I will pick it up, put it in an old USB drive reader and relay this cool post to them and tell them, "kids, this is what a cool post should look and sound like...not like the shit your generation posts.

    maybe you put as much thought into dieting and training better that you just put into that response instead of doing m-drol

    Soreness: I'm guessing you pushed yourself harder than ever before due to the Mdrol, thus the increased DOMS
    Ankles/knees: no idea
    Energy: lethargy is typical on Mdrol, and can be indicative of liver problems and the fact that you are probably shut down hard by day 5

    You are on an oral only cycle, are probably shut down hard with no test base. Sounds like a typical Mdrol run to me. Power through it IMO or quit, whatever you feel is the best tradeoff between risk and reward.

    Looks like the Mdrol is making you a little moody also, may be due to lack of testosterone , being shut down. At least the guy responded keeping your post at the top. I have not taken PH either so I dont have first hand experience but being here for a few years I have read a lot of people having issues with PH, being shut down, having a harder time to recover than AAS and not feeling right.

    All I willtell you is at 21 you are to young to be cycling.You risk doing serious damage to your endo system.We dont give cycle advice to anyone under 25.But at your age all you do need is a good diet.Beacuse at 6ft2 and 180 your diet aint as good as you think it is.Have it checked out at the diet section.

    You are 6" taller than me but I weigh more than you. Something wrong with this picture? Diet, diet, diet....not PH or aas.

    you're 21, youre skinny, you lack experience, its your first cycle and youre taking superdrol? even for extremely experienced cyclers, superdrol is extremely harsh... jesus what are you thinking?

    There are all kinds of cool PH educational threads on these forums... they are kinda hard to miss being stickyed and bolded at the top of the forums.. I know.

    But if you dig around I am sure you will find them... or you could just use the search function at the top. It can be a bit of a pain in the ass as well..

    But anyway... I am sure what you will find in your research upon reading these threads:
    Is that you whould take 10mg the first week
    Then up it to 20-30mg for the next 3-4 weeks.

    You should also have a whole stack of liver support... and PCT items as well.... or else that SD is going to phuck you up!

    Your shut down because you have not properly prepared yourself with knowledge!!!

    You need to read in between eating and hitting the gym, if you choose to stay on that cycle. I would start reading tonight cause there is shit you need to be taking NOW... and shit you have a couple of weeks to figure out, but equally important.

    I've run superdrol. It's not a pleasant steroid to be taking and I felt like pure shit on it. On the bright side, you've only been taking 10mgs a day for a week so with any luck, you can stop right now and end up fine in a few weeks. So I suggest you stop right now do your PCT and train hard and eat big for 4 more years. And when you come back, don't mess with this shit.

    Ok, I am completely confused then...because everything I read about SD said it was hard on your liver (so I take liv 52), that it can dry your joints out (so I take chondroitin), and to drink lots of water (so I drink a gallon a day). I eat BIG and train HARD. I sleep enough and rest on off days. How am I being reckless here? Honest question, if Im missing something, please let me know.

    I didn't say you were reckless... I just said not prepared.
    And really I didn't even say that first... you did with your post.

    I've run m-drol twice. Side effects were plentiful. I gained weight and strength on them. Never ran into prolonged soreness tho. Those PH's are sprinkled with crazy adverse effects. Just drop the pills and consider something else. Or nothing. Oh yeah, my dick didn't work either during or after. Get out while you can

    Ok. So if I decide to quite this cycle, what should I do? Should I run PCT? If so, what? Was planning on taking nolvadex . Is that cool?     Jesus ****ing christ. Stop taking this shit now. You're 21 years old and you shouldn't be messing with this shit. And shouldn't you have had your PCT already on hand and ready to go before you started?

    Anyways, JDavis6618, any problems you may have with your dick will most likely be temporary if you stop right now.

    I would keep it at 10mg the 2nd week too if your feeling lethargic. This stuff is strong. Did you begin the supplements at the same time your began the MDROL intake?

    No. I started the liv 52 and chondroitin about a week before. I also started upping my water intake a couple days early. To be honest, I feel OK for the most part. I can tell that something is different, most noticeable thing is slight mood swings, but then everyone started talking about dick problems and I was like WTF.
