    First cycle

    I've tried PH's a couple times and I want a real cycle. I wanted to keep it simple. 29 y/o
    6'3" 200. 12% 225 bench x6 225 squat x6
    I want to put on lean mass. I want my waist to stay the same. I was thinking about the following.
    Wk 1-13 test e @ 500
    " " aromasin @ 12.5 ED
    Pct would be wk11 start hcg at 600 e4d and clomid and nolva til 30 days after last test shot.
    It's simple. I have some winny I could add but I also read maybe I should put dbol in the first few weeks at 25 or 50 ED. I like the dbol idea because itll make it seem like I'm making progress immediately. No motivation. Is like the kind you get when you see improvements.
    My question is about the winny or dbol. Should I? Shoulnt I?

    i would avoid the dbol ,, , you could add the winny at end of cycle if you wanted

    You think 60 shots (50mg) is enough for the end?

    50mg/day from wk 9 to 15

    You did want lean mass right? I bet you'd be safe running the dbol in the first 4-6 and depending on your diet and training you'll have extra lean mass by the end of the cycle. That water will come off and you will have your test in full effect by the time you drop the dbol. Allowing you to continue burning fat and gaining lean mass. This is how my body reacts at least. You will never regret a well structured dbol and test cycle.
