Any pharmaceutical has a clearly calculated time frame, after which it starts to lose on it's manufactured specification. I.e. you will not get the results you're after.
Don't get me wrong, if you want to be a guinea pig and use your oil based Testosterone a few months after expiration date - go ahead, and there is a good chance the potency won't be off too much.
But advising someone on using stuff of unknown origin, unknown storage conditions, 10 yrs post it's expiration date, that is simply irresponsible and a VERY BAD practice.
