This is my first time on here and I was looking for some advice. In about a month I will start my first cycle. I would like some tips on diet and if my cycle seems up to par. I am 23, about 15% bf, 188 lbs, 5'10". I have been lifting regularly for a little more than 2 years. Before that my weight training was off and on but I competed in many sports.
This is what my cycle will look like:
Test Cyp: 300mg Twice a week for week 1 - 12
Deca: 100mg Twice a week for week 1 - 10
DBol: 40ed / 40ed / 40ed / 40ed /
Adex: .25 EoD weeks 3-17
PCT -
Clomid: / / / 50 ed / 50ed / 50ed / 25ed / 25ed
Nolvadex: / / / 20ed / 20ed / 20ed / 10ed / 10ed
What kind of sides should I expect to see? Will my gains stick around after the entire cycle (including pct) is over? How quickly does a person bulk up after they start?
I currently try to intake about 1 g of protein per lb of body weight. Do I need to up that? I also take a pre-workout (usually N.O Xplode or Jack3D) and creatine ethyl ester. Are there any other supplements you guys recommend?
