    Please Help, this is my first cycle... I don't know if I'm missguided...

    Hi everybody,

    I'm new to this... with 40 years old I've been out of shape for almost 15 years and now I'm doing something about it.

    I'm 6'0", 200 Lbs and my goal is to be lean and (if possible) ripped. Not interested in gaining a lot of mass, just loose the fat and gain some well defined muscle.

    So, a bodybuilder friend of mine told me to do this cycle (but I'm not quite sure he knows what he's doing), so if you could check this and give me your point of view, that'll help a lot:

    if your BF is 29-30%? WAY too high to cycle. You need to get it down much much lower or you risk sides greatly.

    So...come on over to the Diet Question forum and learn to eat better first. See ya there!

    That is one of the worst cycles i've seen and would really screw you up

    Ok, so HGH is out of the question too?? He said it would lower my body fat%...
    I'm really going to kill this guy...

    You need to learn about hgh. There is alot of fakes and you need to run it for 6 months.

    Gear isnt a magical substance just to throw into your body and expect wonderful things to happen. It takes a lot of hard work, especially on the diet side of the program. Your so called friend, is directing you in the wrong direction. You can save the gear, GO to the diet sections and find or follow slimmerme(trust me shes worth it) and get your diet in the check. Then create a cardio and workout program that fits what you need at this juncture.

    If you want ask your friend to buy that stuff you bought for his very bad advise and put it towards the right foods for your diet. That whole cycle is BS and do not listen to that person again.

    Ok... one more thing. So, correct me if I'm wrong: what I have to do is work out for a year, get in shape, lower my bf to 15% and then do a cycle... so the "cycle" is not for getting is shape faster... but rather for getting from "good" to "great"?

    Using gear is not just a one time thing for most of us on here. Its a life time choice or decision, medical or not, that means lots of dedication. But yes with the right training and diet gear helps your body push past its own limits of sorts.

    WHAT? (grabbing turbo and tosses it across garage). But my mechanic said I needed it. I bet he was joking about that gas tank blowing up if hit from the rear.

    All joking aside, Luis, you arent the first to be told wrong information and want be the last. Be glad you came here and asked. Thats the right 1st step you have done.
