Question Creatine and glutamine on off cycles???

I had a post about a week ago about bridging with dbol between cycles. I did not ask about anything like creatine and glutamine. I have heard that both of these are very good supplements to take. Would this help me keep the gains between cycles and what about taking them when you are on your cycle?

I always take glutamine... You should too.

    5g wakeup
    10g postworkout
    5g (middle of the night)

    Creatine 5-10 OFF cycle.

You can use it when you're on...some do, some don't...no one way is really the 'right' way.

Ok, so you only take 5-10 grams of Creatine on your off cycle and always take Glutamine and don't cycle it? And when is the best time to take the creatine, some people say before and some say after?

    Thanks

i love creatine and use it all the time. 5grms, 1hr before workout, 5grms right after. i use about 20 grms of glutamine a day, split up in 4 dosages.

i use them while on my cycle as well as off. i cycle to be as big as i can be and they help me reach that end. using it while on does decrease its effectiveness as a post cycle mass keeper though. weigh out the ads and disads of both an make a decision that meets your needs.

    creatine

Recently read that you should cycle creatine much like AS. If on 8wks, then off 8 wks, to give the kidneys a rest.

The only prob I had recently that caught my Endocrinologists eye was that my "creatinine (byproduct of creatine)" levels were high in my kidneys when he checked my blood and urine!

Supposedly too much creatinine for extended periods of time "may" cause kidney probs, thus the cycling.

you dont need creatine when on AAS, cause AAS increase your creatine storage by themselves. I do creatine post cycle as in 15-25 g per day. Its good shit and definitely worth the money. Glutamine on the other hand I believe is just used by your guts (they love that more than sugar) and never enters the blood stream, so I deem it worthless unless you inject it. I tried glutamine 3 times (for a duration of 3 months each) and got absolutely nothing out of it.
