Deca in trt ?

got 20ml of 325mgs deca so im gonna add 1.5cc to my 1cc of test cyp weekly for 13 weeks. How long till it kicks in? Been on trt for a few years. Also taking 1mg adex 2x weekly, should I add anything to this?

i tried 12wks at 200mg pw for joints etc alongside my trt, did nothing for me tbh

thats too bad, i hear thats a good dose with trt for joints. ill keep this thread posted as to my gains.

I was under the impression that deca being a 19nor had possible progest sides. Or is that only tren?
