    My cycle has reached a plateau!!

    Hello, ive just completed my 8th week of my 10-week test E only cycle (500mg/wk)
    My cycle is following a quite strange pattern..
    By the 4rd week, i got big increase in strength and weight.
    My bench increased from 187 lbs to 220 lbs.
    My bodyweight increased from 170 lbs to 184 lbs (14 lbs increase!)
    But since then, my progress has stopped abruptly!
    For 3 weeks, my weight is stuck on 183-184 lbs and my bench also is stuck on 220lbs.
    im going in the last 2 weeks of my cycle and i dont feel any stronger..Infact my joints are becoming painful which i suppose is due to the test.

    Ive been eating the same way throught the cycle..
    Has my test kicked in yet?? or will i start progressing on the 9th week.?
    Anyone can explain this strange pattern of my cycle?

    Its not a strange pattern at all, quite common actually. You arent eating enough. You gained 14lbs, time to eat like someone who is 14lbs heavier. Bump your calories.

    Could also be high estrogen.

    So...u reckon i might need to start nolva in the cycle itself.....i was keeping it for PCT only....
    If it was high estrogen, should i be getting signs of gyno..itching, paining tits,etc?

    you have to keep increasing your food. How do you expect to keep growing if you are eating like 170lb person

    Can you rate the diet im just made for the remaining cycle.

    8.00 - 150g oatmeal in 300 ml milk , 4 scrambled eggs, 1 banana

    9.30 -gym
    11.00- whey protein + dextrose
    12.00- 150g pork meat+ 150g brown rice+vegs
    14.30- 100g pork meat+ 100g brown rice+ 100g lentils+vegs
    16.30- 100g tuna + 100g barilla pasta
    19.30- 100g pork meat+100g lentils+ 100g brown rice
    22.30- 4 whole eggs+ 4 egg whites+ 100g cheese
    23.30- 40g casein powder.

    ^^ no kidding, trying to gain is way better diet-wise than trying to cut.... Start stuffing your face... with good foods of course

    Is the above diet 300-500 calories more then the amount you have been eating the past few weeks?

    i like chicken but it has low calories...i was thinking of lifting up my calories..
    The diet above is more than 500 calories that ive been eating

    How tall are you? How long you been in the gym? I aint busting on you but the #s you are putting up tells me you havnt did much lifting.And I am not busting on you.Seem like you need to worry about joint and tendon injuries.

    ive been lifting seriously since 4 yrs. im 1m70cm(5 ft 7)
    also, since iv missed 1 month of my cycle due to inadequate diet, is it wise if i extend the cycle to 12 weeks?

    Nothing more to add here, all great advice. Diet is the issue.
