First Cycle. Please help for my post cycle! :)

Hey everyone this my post cycle for my First cycle I’m basically running Test E 250 (10 weeks) Trenabol .5ml (10 Weeks0, Dianabol 25 mg (for first 4 weeks). Can you let me know of my post cycle.

Week Nolvadex HCG Aromasin
1 40mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day
2 40mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day
3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day
4 20mgs/day 20mgs/day


I was wondering do I need the HCG or Aromasin are they that crucial?? Also im hoping to go to my doctors tomorrow and ask him to prescribed these, I live in Australia what are my chances of him doing it? am i taking to much for my post cycle?
