    what the hell

    what the hell is wrong i started my cycle 4 weeks ago i gained 1st week 5 lbs after that i stopped gaining.
    am starting week 5 tomorrow 500 test a week 300 deca 200 eq and am not gaining any more can any 1 help?
    am 100% sure my gear is not fake.

    I never know what to say on threads like this... besides the usual diet/training which im sure you've already thought of.

    I don't know what anyone can tell you that you don't know yourself...

    You'd be the best judge of what is up.

    how are you on the big four?
    DIET (are you getting enough food based protein?)
    SLEEP (this is when most growth occurs, very critical!)
    WORKOUTS ("Go heavy or go home!")
    GEAR (TEST,DECA dosages are ok, but 200mg EQ? why bother?)

    I'm with the Chief,, you can best answer your question... do a hard inventory of the above items.

    aside from what the other guys said, are you positive your gear is legit? if so then just keep up the workout and diet and sleep. the gains will come

    5 pounds in week one? U must be using eihter Test Susp. or Test Prop. cause thier is no way any another kind of test could have kicked in that fast........

    Anyway bro...... U should be expeiancing gains rite about now......
    Try manupilating the factors ripped4fsu mentioned... if after week there is nothing then I'm sorry bro

    Everybody's body is different. Just keep your head up. Maybe it just hasnt really kicked in yet and will at any moment..

    Everyone has already summed up most of the questions. The only other question I would ask is are you dieting. Weight gain is not always the best indicator of a successful cycle. It is still a little early so I wouldn't panic but also see if you have made some changes in Body makeup.

    i sleep every day 8-9 hours
    i trian like amofo (i dont over train my self)
    i take 200-250g of protien every day
    my gear is legit
    today is my test and eq shot 5th week start. why deca and eq is that no enough amount of eq and deca.

    perhaps you put 5lbs on in 1st week due to a change in your diet and you haven't put much on since as its taking a while for the gear to kick.

    the thing is though - are you absolutely sure ALL your gear is legit. what type of test is it? perhaps you could have done with running a fast acting AAS like dbol or prop the first five weeks to kick start your cycle.

    my test is enanth made in iran and its organ deca and boldenone eq and yea am sure its all legit.hope it will kick in soon.

    it can take up to five weeks for the gear you're using to start working. let's hope you get some results soon bro.

    when I'm cycling TEST I gain about a pound every 3-4 days on average

    on my first cycle i gained 4 pounds 1st week 2 pounds second week 3rd week 2 pounds 4th didnt gain 5th started to feel the power but now i it didnt start kicking in untill now. maybe its my body that is not accepting it? or am gonna see gains soon?

    Gained 10 pounds (195-205)in the first 2 weeks just from DBol and Anadrol. My weight hit a plateau for 2 weeks and now in week 4 I'm starting to see it go up again. Just gained 3 or 4 more pounds and the Fina is just starting to kick in now also. Strength is going up quickly and feeling very aggressive.

    any way i started feeling it today lol i feel like having sex all the time and i want to hit the iron So bad.
    its week 5 day 29 il keep u in touch with whats happining . but am starting to have a problem that happend to me my last cycle, when it started to kick in my first cycle at night i feel so tiered but cant sleep and that happend to me last night and today at the after noon when i wanted to take a nap.

    200 grams of protein isn't that much. You should be getting at least 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight, probably closer to 2 grams per pound is better. I you weigh around 200 pounds, you would want 300 grams of protein minimum.

    Yea, same happened to me. The increase in body temp associated with taking gear can often affect your sleep. I used to get an hour's kip during my lunch hour (and eat my lunch beforehand at my desk).

    If your trying to gain weight I would suggest upping the carbs. How many carbs and cals are you eating now?

    am eaten alot but clean no fats.dont know how much exactly
