How much protein do you take in on cycle?
How much do you personally take in?

everyone reacts differently, for me i take 1 mg per pound of my body weight. it seems to do the job, but i do make good gains if i eat more but also pack on some fat as well, so to play it safe i do at least 1 g per pound of body weight but do not exceed 1.5 g per pound.

I just shoot for 1+ g per lb.
Anything extra is just icing on the cake. But I'm not much of a diet freak...

O true. I've been eating like over 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight i was just scared I was under doing it.

I aim for 415-430g. I'm 240-245 lbs.

1.5 g per lb body wt per day is a good average but make sure you get over half of that from food. Overusing the powder can be very bad for you.
Also, when using any supplement powder make sure you drink plenty of water. A gallon a day is a good average there. Keep those kidneys flushed out.

I've always heard 1-1.5g/lb off cycle, and 1.5-2g/lb on cycle.

not anywhere near the absurd amounts you'll see posted on this site. right now im holding 220lbs on 160grms pd, so thats less than 1g/lb and i'd like anyone to explain why they think they need 2g+.
rem its muscle weight you're feeding, not overall weight

I try to get about 250 g/day when on. I attempt to eat 4,500-5,000 cals a day while on, but usually fall short of that.

Everytime this is brought up i cant help but remebr reading Franco Columbu's book on diet and nutrition where he said he took in .5g protein per lb of bodyweight and simply increased carbs when bulking. Now some of that is body type dependant im sure as some cant increase carbs like that (they are protein sparing) - but im sure the majority take in vast amounts more protein than is needed. Id rather have a small surplus than a deficit though. Ive done it many ways but i use seem to be around 1.5g / lb when cycling.

As JimmyInkedUp stated...
while bulking I dont have alot of protein. Maybe 200mg or so. I just eat a shit load of carbs. Due to them being protein sparing.
Now while trying to lean out, yes; I up my protein intake. 350mg or so. But more importantly I increase my BCAA's and EAA's intake.

1 gram per body weight is what I do. I have done 2 and even 2.5 and have not seen any difference just less money in my pockets.
