    HCG mixing question!

I always get the Hucog 5000iu HCG.

I put in 1cc of bact water in the HCG small vial.

Extract that put into a new 10ml vial and then add 4 more CC of water for a total of 5cc.
Then for 250iu i just fill the slin pin to a quarter of the way.

I ran out of clean 10ml vials and was wondering why i cant just put 5cc of water in the small vial that the HCG is already in and draw from that each week.

Im not sure if it will fit 5cc but it looks like it might.

So can i do this? or is there a reason im always taking it out and putting in a new vial?

I have recently switched to an HCG brand that also comes in the small membrane topped serum bottle. What I do is add a little less than 2 cc's of bac water (2 mls total volume, water and HCG) this allows me to use 10 IU or .1 ml of liquid for a dosage of 250IUs of HCG. Its my feeling that the less bac water the better ( within reason of course) so this is why I swiched to 2 mls total volume. The bottles that the HCG come in are vacuum sealed so I don't see any reason to switch it to another possibly less clean environment.

Actually I have been running about 25 IU's every 5 days instead and seem to be getting much better results than with .1 every 3.5 days but thats a subject for another thread.

Thanks bro i couldnt find any reason to see why it woudnt work. Hell, hucog comes with a 1ml amp of sodium chloride "or whatever" that you are supposed to put in that same vial.

I was thinking of putting in 2.5 CC which would be 6.25 lines to = 250iu. I may do your calculation though or figure out another one.

How did you figure that math? You might want to recheck it

If you add 2.5ml of bac water to a 5000iu pellet then each ml of bac water has 2000iu of HCG. Divide the desired dose into 2000iu (the per ml unit) and you will have the decimal of a ml required to acheive the desired dose.

    250/2000=.125ml or .125ml=250iu

One of my jobs in the Navy was to run a small pharmacy. You can definitely use the hcg bottle an keep it refrigerated. It will keep for 30 days

    Hmm I'm
Glad I made this post . I got my calculation on the 6.25 lines from cutting in half the 12.5 that gave me 250iu when mixing with 5cc of water. I use a 1cc slin pin which a full pin equals 1000iu of hcg. To get my 250iu I would draw 2.5 units out of 10 on the pin. 2.5 units is 12.5 little lines on the slin pin. So mixing 2.5 cc of water instead of 5cc I cut the amount drawn in half. It then equals 6.25 which is just to a tad more then 1 unit on the skin pin.

    Correct me if I'm wrong?

There is 5 lines in each unit. I'm talking the little spacer lines. So in my 1cc slin there is 50 small lines. .

My understanding is a cc equals a ml.

With that in mind if you add 2.5cc of bac water to your 5000iu hcg pellet how do you come up with 1000iu/cc??

I just realized you decided to put 5cc of back water. In this case each 1cc has 1000iu. To get 250iu you need .250 of a cc.

I'm just trying to get 250iu.

I figured it out. I'm going to add 2cc of water. According to this site.

    http://www.hcgloss.com/calculators.html

.10 which is 10 on my slin pin would be 250iu.

So drawing to to 10 out of 100 on my pin will be the correct dose.

Read my edit above. The math from my original explanation is still standing just change the values to suit your needs.
