Thread: Shot day

    Shot day

I have my shots scheduled down to the hour of when I take them every week, but what I wanted to ask is whether or not it helps even a little to do larger muscle group workouts the day of or the day after you take your shot? I know it's probably a rookie question, but something I'm curious about. Any feedback would be much appreciated

imo i wouldnt say so dude. I will say that doing legs on the day of a glute injection will maybe reduce some of the sorness from injection but it will not help as far as reults wise. one thing i will say i try to stay away from a delt shot/workout the same day! super painful and the inflammation from a delt injection will make your workout crappy

no prob bro. and glute injects are the way to go. somewhere in the site they have a study showing that blood levels are at their best when done thru glute injects. good luck to you

o matter what muscle ya work on day of shot so long as theres no pain.
unless ya shooting water or heavy oil into a small muscle group, then there may be some discomfot training that muscle.
like if ya shoot 2 cc of oil into yur quad, dont plan on doinglegs that day or the next few...
