anywhere from week3 onwards should hit a good strength peak (diet would be the deciding factor), careful not to go over your weight class though, if this is a worry, look at halo? taking a dose 2hrs previous to lifting should be fine, dont know about the benefit of a massive dose though, id just stick to what i was running.
