Dbol, now and then?
What you think about doing say 20mg of dBol just prior to going to the gym, say 75 minute before a workout, but none on your off days? Good idea or bad idea...?

Bad! Dbol has a short half life you have to keep it consistent. @ 40mg per day or your blood levels will be out of whack!

Dbol is good to boost your cycle, you need to keep consistent like gixxerboy1 told you, but you should be using that as a stack, like Test E every week for the entire cycle and dbol every day for the first 4 weeks or so of the cycle. i think itd be good for intensity in the gym. but sides will prob be bad from inconsistancy in the blood levels. old rumor has it that arnold used to do it.

I know Arnold used Dbol stack, but are you saying that he might have used for on days only? And not on off days?

well back then those guys only took one day off per week...lol but even so i cant honestly say that id have a clue. cuz arnold was in better shape at 19 than alot of us in our mid twenties are. so they guy clearly has/had been using unarthrodox techniques since an early age. this is so great to talk about i swear i was just wanting to start a thread about how people get flamed for using gear under 25, but the people who are most successful in the bodybuilding world clearly took them since before 25 years old!!
