Peace of cake, actually you see bigkev isn't on here. He passed out. Poor little guy couldn't take it. Too bad. Oh well, when he's ready again, I'll give him a second chance.
Just kidding bigkev. You know I was only kidding, right?
Actually it was a great workout. I had a lot of fun and I can't wait to feel the soreness the next few days. Everyone knows how big he is, but BigKev is strong as hell. Gotta give him props. I got pushed harder than I have in a long time, I loved it.
Big Kev, next time you want to work out, you let me know.

Sure I'll share that.
We started off with squats, 2 or 3 reps slowly working up. Then we did maybe 2 sets with 1 rep. We then took the top weight and did as many as we could and then we dropped it down and did as many as we could again. I won't share the weight he was lifting, but to be honest he is strong as fuck.
That was warm up.
We moved to leg extensions for about 3 sets. Slow and controlled around 10 - 12 reps. Next we did some kind of leg press (I don't know what is was called, first time I had done it), we did 2 or 3 sets 10 -12 reps. Moved to seated leg curls, 3 sets 10 - 12 reps and then finished with lying leg curls 3 sets 10 - 12 reps. I think that was all of them. Hey bigkev, we forgot the calves??? LOL Oh well
Everything was slow and controlled. It was a good pump. The 10 - 12 reps wasn't just light weight and lifting the reps. It was lift until you burned out which was about 10 or 12.

pt did great guys. he is a worthy administrator!! he is alot stronger than he is letting on. he hadnt done legs but once in a long time, and down played his strength. i didnt push him to hard, and he still went well over 300lbs for 8 reps on the squat. given that the gym had christmas carols blaring our intensity was real good.
overall, PT is worthy!
oh yea, calves fall on chest and arm days.

Thanks for having my back bigkev. I guess I'll get the calves next time when we meet for chest. Thanks again man, it was a great time. And before anyone says anything (you know who you are), I don't have a habit of skipping legs. Physical Therapy school just cuts into my workout time way more than it should.
P.S. I will try to PM you that stuff for Jenna later.

Ok, in the spirt of the thread (members training together) I'll keep this thread alive. In a few weeks EC and I are hooking up to tear things up at my gym. Still not sure what we're training, but I'll update as it approaches.
