I have tried 100 grams of simple carbs with my protein after a WO for bulking, I found it was helpful. I wanted to see if anyone here had an idea as to if it would be beneficial in a cutting diet as well.

It would help recovery from workouts. The key to a cutting diet is blood glucose emptying. basically using all the blood sugar in your body repeatedly to utilize fats stored in your body.
