Pec injections

What size syringe do I need to use for injections in my pecs??? I have looked up some sites for info on this but could not find any.

yep, once you do them you will like them. I use 25g and it does not hurt at all. Kind of hard position to do but you get use to it. try your lat also

do you think 5/8" is long enough for pecs? i have a whole box of 25g 5/8" pins, and i want to give pecs injections a shot.

25g 5/8 would be fine bro, unless you have massive amounts of fat there.

i used that size for 2 pec shots. worked fine. it is a little weird lookin at the dart stickin in your chest but not as bad as i thought. my second one went much smoother

Pec shots, for me, are the easiest and the least painful. I use a 22awg 1.5" for every spot that I inject. No problems!

I go roughly .75" to 1" deep in the pec.

I'm w/ Mammoth on the pin size. I use a 22ga 1.5 for all my injects. You just have to gauge how deep you need to go. nothing to it. Saves on the wallet as well.

Rotating site IMO help you keep from saturating AR's. It also reduces risk of developing and abcess or scar tissue. I have heard mixed reviews on rotation but from the research I have done, I have chosen to rotate in order to hit fresh receptors everytime.

That's a great question. Is it better to flex the pecs? Wait!?!? That wouldn't make sense...I don't flex any other muscles when I inject.

flex that muscle and it will hurt from what I hear, I've never flexed for an injection though. Just aspirate, then you can tell if your in the muscle
