I agree with Brice 100 mcg is high even for a short stint. Plus T3 is not supposed to be taken without anabolics, since it's indiscriminant (burns everything). Burning muscle is ultimately counterproductive to ANY fitness goal.
I feel slightly energized but no other side effects. I was under the impression that the fat loss was attributed to the increase in body temp.
That's partially true, in that they have a thermogenic component, but there's also a lipolytic one...do some more research.
But if anything I feel colder!
This shouldn't be the case on either, and is doubly true while on both. How long have you been on? Sounds like a bad source.
Should I increase the clen? What is the max I should take.
As Brice noted, the name (and enigmatic mention of 'babies') seem effeminate, but the color is still masculine. Either way Clen prinicples are androgenous, with increases based on tolerance not gender, weight, experience, etc. It is safely run between 120 mcg and 160 mcg.
I have cut calories, and am active with my babies, and I now go for 35-40min brisk walks in the morning. What type of results should I expect with clen and t3 together?
You should already have this answer, else why use them? To reiterate, legit T3 without employing steroids (as an anti-catabolic) is not sound.
