    Just started a clen and T3 cycle need help

    So I started taking clen and t3 three days ago.

    Clen- 25mcg, 50mcg, 100mcg (plann to continue 100mcg for the rest of the 3 week cycle, and take benadryl 100mg in the third week)

    T3 - 25mcg, 25mcg, 50mcg (plann on increasing by 25mcg until i reach 100mcg, which I will take for 6 days then decrease by 25mcg every 3 days)

    I feel slightly energized but no other side effects. I was under the impression that the fat loss was attributed to the increase in body temp. But if anything I feel colder! Should I increase the clen? What is the max I should take. I have cut calories, and am active with my babies, and I now go for 35-40min brisk walks in the morning. What type of results should I expect with clen and t3 together?

    If your diet and training isn't in check, don't expect much. I'm not assuming it isn't, just saying - alot of people start clen, T3, ECA, etc. and expect it'll do all the work for them. None of this stuff is magic, and will give you a little advantage at best.

    PS - 100mcg of T3 is ridiculously high IMO... and you're a female to boot?

    I agree with Brice 100 mcg is high even for a short stint. Plus T3 is not supposed to be taken without anabolics, since it's indiscriminant (burns everything). Burning muscle is ultimately counterproductive to ANY fitness goal.

    That's partially true, in that they have a thermogenic component, but there's also a lipolytic one...do some more research.

    This shouldn't be the case on either, and is doubly true while on both. How long have you been on? Sounds like a bad source.

    Should I increase the clen? What is the max I should take.
    As Brice noted, the name (and enigmatic mention of 'babies') seem effeminate, but the color is still masculine. Either way Clen prinicples are androgenous, with increases based on tolerance not gender, weight, experience, etc. It is safely run between 120 mcg and 160 mcg.

    You should already have this answer, else why use them? To reiterate, legit T3 without employing steroids (as an anti-catabolic) is not sound.

    The entire cycle of clen will be 3 weeks (taking an antihistamine in the 3rd week). I have done so much research and keep coming up with contradicting answers. I am currently taking 50mcg of the T3... should I stay on this if you think 100mcg is too much? I plan on doing 3 week on and 2 week off cycles. I know to gradually build up my t3 dose and to make sure to wean off. My husband said I should be able to up my dose of the clen to a level where I feel the affects but not to exceed 180mcg. This sounds a little excessive. I am using it to help drop some of the baby weight I gained while I carried twins. I turned to this site on suggestion of my husband. If you guys know a more appropriate site for me to get answers specific to women please do let me know.

    Just as a T3 point of reference - I ran it at 25mcg/day with no break throughout a 3 month ECA cycle (I opted for ECA over Clen in this case, but have run clen before as well).

    I agree that generally, T3 without AAS for sparing muscle if nothing else, isn't sound - but I feel it's because most people grossly over dose with T3. Also note that some people claim clen itself has muscle sparing, even anabolic properties. This is debatable however.

    You can also consider running ketotifen at week 3 vs. cycling on and off clen. This will speed things up as ketotifen helps to keep receptors up regulated.

    I was told that Benadryl has the same effect as Ketotifen. Is this so? It was suggested to take 100mg in the 3rd week. If I do this, do I need to stop or can I run the clen cycle longer? In addition I am Insulin dependant (which is an anabolic, I found I built muscle more efficiently as an unintentional side effect).

    Benadryl is supposed to have that effect; I can't speak from personal experience because i've never used it in that capacity, but do see plenty of others doing so. Assuming it does work much like keto, then you should be able to run the clen indefinitely. Having said that, i'd never personally run clen for longer than 30 days - I would just want to give my system a rest.

    Yes, insulin is the most anabolic hormone in our bodies!

    what kind of a workout would a female use whilst on these two?

    On weight-lifting days, would a circuit training method be better? Or a traditional split + cardio at the end of each workout for a total of 4-5days?

    With cutting being the obvious goal, i'd opt for something like circuit training or high volume/reps any day over a traditional split. Short rest periods. Keep the workout 'cardio intensive'

    2 weeks, just a small break. Just want to give everything a break - the blood pressure, thyroid, etc.
