I'm 33 yrs old 5'10, 209 lbs and around 17%BF but i'm cutting it down. I looking to cut down to maybe 10% BF and around my same weight. I have some test-p and i'm looking to see what else I should take. I tried clen and T3 but had weird effects. what else should I be taking to reach my goal. I workout around 4x week and will get on a strict diet when I start. thx
