Thread: What should I take for my 1st cycle?? Stack or no?

Post What should I take for my 1st cycle?? Stack or no?

I'm 5' 10" and 160lbs right now and I wanted to find out everything I need to know about injectables and what to take and how much of it. I've been suggested by other friends of mine to take test-E and decca with a clomid pct. After looking around some forums I saw that I should just stick with just the test my first time. I work out a lot and it's just hard to gain the weight I want to get to, which is 180. So if you guys can suggest a good cycle with the weeks and dosages that would be great help.

any ideas on a good supplement to help me gain the weight faster? I eat a lot and also take weight gainer but nothing seems to get me above 170. Thats the most I've ever weighed in at. I just got a new cookbook specifically for muscle building so i'll try that out for about a month and see what happens.

Here's my new diet plan for one day that I'm starting.

    Wake up- Drink Protein shake

Breakfast- egg sandwich 1 whole egg, 1 egg white scrambled with cheddar cheese, mashed avacado, and sliced tomato on an english muffin.

Snack- smoothie. part skim ricotta cheese, milk, blueberries, banana, and protein powder

Lunch- grilled chicken and pineapple sandwich. chicken breast, teriyaki sauce, swiss cheese, pineapple, whole wheat kaiser rolls, and red onion.

    Workout

Snack- Protein shake with chocolate frozen bananas sprinkled with macadamia nuts

Dinner- 6 oz steak, broccoli, and brown rice.

Snack/Dessert- yogurt parfait and protein shake. crushed cashews, vanilla yogurt, crushed graham crackers, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries

Is this enough cals? or the right kind of food I should be eating if I'm trying to gain weight?

no bro its not. That is really your problem. It took me a long time learn how important what i eat is. Now if the scale isnt where i like i dont change my doses i change what i eat.
You are not eating enough food. To many shakes.
There is a diet section here with alot of guys with a ton of info that are very helpfull. Post your stats and goals in there and what your current diet is. They will help.
Trust me thats the best thing you can do and you will get results if you listen

Good idea and smart move. I didn't have to get past the first line of the diet to see it was off. Just for breakfast you need to add another 4 eggs, egg whites to scratch the surface. You also one have 3 real meals. You should have 6 real whole food meals throughout the day. Actually I dont even count. Especially when I'm at work I have a whole chicken, bowl of rice, mixed nuts, banana, orange, apple, papaya, peanut butter, honey and a variety of other foods sitting out in front/around me. I know most people cant do that and I'm lucky that way but it's good to always have food on hand so you can eat it all day long.

2 shakes a day is enough, usually a pre workout and post. I even wake up during the night (not really good) and get something to eat.
