    Hello everyone. I'm Sean. I recently started lifting again after being out for a year or so. I have been lifting since I was 15. Im lookin to get on some gear but ive never used before. I currently use creatine and whey protein but id like a little more kick. I'm about 230 right now so I'd like to build mass and shed some fat. So what would some experienced users think a good start would be? Iheard trenbolone and anadrol-50 were good but idk. Thanks for the help

    those are horrible. i dont know where you heard that.
    if you just started working out again there is no reason to start a cycle. You will end up injuring yourself
    what are your full stats

    Welcome sean, phishing for sources is not allowed but asking about certain gear is cool. We would like to know your stats first I seen your weight but height, bf%, age and previous aas history is really important before anyone will answer to many questions.

    you are way to young to do steroids. Use your own natural test and don't risk messing up you own endocrine system. Diet correctly lift hard and grow naturally

    your are 2 young
    the cycle you had in mind is garbage
    your high bf outs you at even more risk
    you just started working out and are not in shap you will probably end up injuring yourself

    Gear isn't some sort of magical solution. We are just being honest with you and care about your health.

    example: the two compounds you suggested using with your stats will cause not only health problems but will be a waste of money.

    you need to learn to eat and diet correctly which is one of if not the most important key to it all.

    Im not looking for an overnight gain or anything im just looking for some advice. And the diet plan I'm on is the same I used when I.lifted before when I had about a 7% bf percentage. I tore my acl in football and had to quit lifting.

    It can be understood that you want to put on some mass young fella, but you have to spend months if not years researching AAS before you take the punt. And thats only part of the equation - diet and training being the other components - need the same amount of research to cycle successfully. Allow your body to mature first and continue your learning in the interim.

    You need to lose some weight first, your bf is too high. You also need a little more workout experience under your belt. You need a spot on diet... and most importantly you need another 5 years or so.

    Even if you were set on doing AAS at your age please don't touch the stuff you mentioned. At your age you're gonna mess yourself up regardless but even more so with the substances you mentioned.

    All the roids you need at your age are in the fridge bro.
