    First cycle, is what im doing sensible

    Just into first cycle test e 400mg and 40mg dbol ed for first 4 weeks, got all my pct sorted for later on down the line. My aim is to bulk up well up to Xmas then I'll be doin pct, in new year want to train with lower weights more reps to trim all my fat down with ultimate aim of increased strength with ripped look. Currently 15% bf diet is good. Is this a decent plan

    I'm 27 being going gym for years, 190 pounds 5'10 bf just under 15

    Looks good how long are you planning on running the Test E for?
    Your diet is the key to achieving your goals for bulking
    It would be a good idea to post your diet
    Meals, protein, carbs etc how many meals per day and supplements etc

    Was planning 12 weeks might do 14 cos I had the flu and missed out the best part of 2 weeks training. Diet is good 5 meals a day, main protein source chicken, turkey, White fish, oily fish, eggs, cottage cheese, nuts and seeds. Carbs is brown rice, lentils, rice noodles, some potatoes. Sugar comes mainly from fruit very little refined sugars. Taking whey protein shakes and creatine daily pre and post workout

    Hcg 2 x a week 500iu
    Pct is nolva 20 mg a day
    Clomid 300/100/50 decreasing dose over 3 weeks

    what do you mean by that?

    proper nolva/clomid pct would be

    n 20/20/20/20/20
    c 50/50/50/50/50


    dont use the dbol, go test only for 1st cycle, if you get bad sides you wont know which is causing them.
