Done quite the bit of researching and thread views, etc.

My background- I come from the Fitness world/industry (don't we all, here?).
I have a certification from ACE and have been training for years. I've always been the short guy, trying to catch up. I've been contemplating the idea of running a cycle and picked up a few things I will review in detail shortly. I have however done the typical idiotic beginner cycle and ran a D-Bol only cycle when I was about 20 years old. It was pointless as I lost all my gains and had no clue what a PCT was if you mentioned it to me. I'm beyond that now- the information available here is immense (overwhelming at times). I figure, as a base resource, I should be able to obtain some personal goals of mine in doing it the right way.
Clearly this post is for advice and guidance. Any and all is appreciated.
Gear: Two 10/mL bottles of Test Eth (250mg/mL) and 50 Winny tabs @ 50/mg's each.
I am curious how someone would break this down- I figured running it as such.
Week 1-2: 500mg Test-E per week (pin Sun & Wed)
Week 2-6: 500mg Test-E per week (pin Sun & Wed) + 50mg/Winny ED
All the while, running an AI during to cut down on bloating/sides.
PCT: Nolva/Clomid
Week 1: Nolva 40mg ED + Clomid 100mg ED
Week 2-3: Nolva 20mg ED + Clomid 50mg ED
Week 4-6: Nolva 20mg EOD + Clomid 50mg EOD
