    New Here: First Cycle

    Evening Gents-

    Done quite the bit of researching and thread views, etc.
    You guys like stats, so here goes.

    Age: 26
    Height: 5'6
    Weight: 192
    BF: 10.5%
    Training: 5+ Years

    My background- I come from the Fitness world/industry (don't we all, here?).
    I have a certification from ACE and have been training for years. I've always been the short guy, trying to catch up. I've been contemplating the idea of running a cycle and picked up a few things I will review in detail shortly. I have however done the typical idiotic beginner cycle and ran a D-Bol only cycle when I was about 20 years old. It was pointless as I lost all my gains and had no clue what a PCT was if you mentioned it to me. I'm beyond that now- the information available here is immense (overwhelming at times). I figure, as a base resource, I should be able to obtain some personal goals of mine in doing it the right way.

    Clearly this post is for advice and guidance. Any and all is appreciated.

    Gear: Two 10/mL bottles of Test Eth (250mg/mL) and 50 Winny tabs @ 50/mg's each.

    I am curious how someone would break this down- I figured running it as such.

    Week 1-2: 500mg Test-E per week (pin Sun & Wed)
    Week 2-6: 500mg Test-E per week (pin Sun & Wed) + 50mg/Winny ED

    All the while, running an AI during to cut down on bloating/sides.

    PCT: Nolva/Clomid

    Week 1: Nolva 40mg ED + Clomid 100mg ED
    Week 2-3: Nolva 20mg ED + Clomid 50mg ED
    Week 4-6: Nolva 20mg EOD + Clomid 50mg EOD

    you need to run the test longer. It doesn't even kick in until week 4

    So that leads me to my next question. Should I run a shorter dosage, this being my first Test cycle. Perhaps take it to 350mg's/week? Lengthening my cycle due to resources on hand.

    you can still run 500mg per week for 10 weeks. You don't HAVE to run 12 weeks. Stay with original pct

    leave winny for next cycle. If you have sides you will know its the test and not need to guess which one if you add the winny

    10 weeks is good your last shot out of each vial will be light.But thats ok I would post your diet up in the diet section with macros.This way you know you are getting the most out of your cycle.Hell 5ft6 190 only 10%bf you must be a beast.

    @10nispro - You think discontinuing the Winny for the cycle is beneficial? Just curious as to why. I've read tons of great posts on here with beginners cycles staying away from two compounds. However, this is Oral Winny we are talking about, not Tren. Just curious.

    @songdog - I am no beast, but thanks. I'll try to post a picture, no homo. I'm not a tall guy, I'm pretty stocky (German). I am going to look into the diet section as well and nail down a diet before I even think of pinning. But you think 10 weeks at 500mgs every week, will suffice for a beginner?

    I really appreciate the advice.

    Lastly, I know, as a newbie- we all seem scared of the "Gyno this" or the "Gyno that"- sufficiently running an AI during EOD should help- Liquidex (Arimidex) will be my go to, during.

    10.5 bf% my ass if you are 5'6, 192lbs and never juiced before. You are more than likely 17-18%

    anyways, 6 weeks of test? Make it 12-16 weeks and you will be happier

    OH JESUS CHRIST….. It’s this guy again….. You need to quit giving advice bro because you obviously don’t know what the hell you are talking about… There is no need to make a first cycle 16 weeks long…..

    10-12 wouls be the sweet spot for your first cycle

    And it is perfectly reasonable for someone to be natural and 5’6’’ @ 10.5% @ 192lbs ....

    Anyone can be 10.5 without cycling. And 192lbs isnt huge. Do you know him? Have you seen him? How do you know he is lying? I never run anything more than 12 weeks. 16 is too long for a first cycle imo. 10 will be fine.

    WHAT THE FVCK IS UR PROBLEM!!! Y is it so hard 2 belive that there is any1 on this earth that has the NATURAL ability 2 b big & cut. This is the 2nd post of urs that I've read, & in both ur claiming some1 is full of sh!t & not as big as they say they r. I dont even want 2 c ur 13 othe spewings. R u jealous?     OP: Have you checked your bloodwork yet? That is an invaluable initial research, you want a full hormone panel. You should check out your free and total Test and Estradiol at the very least, so you know where you are normally. These numbers will help when it comes time to decide if you are fully recovered or not, post cycle.

    Your cycle and PCT is fine, if short. As others have said, 10-12 weeks is better to aim at. Also, some people have success with lower amounts of Test. You may try going 400 Mgs or even 350. (Though personally, I started with 500 and did great.) One of the reasons why people suggest you only do Test on your first cycle is so that you know how you react to it. If you take both Test and Winnie, and for example, get awful acne.. you won't know what did it, exactly. The same for your results, if you are taking two drugs, and gain 20 pounds, you won't know how much of that was attributed to the Test. It is helpful to know these things, so that when you tailor cycles for yourself in the future, you aren't wasting time with compounds that don't agree with you.

Nothing u hav stated here, in over 20 posts, shows any competence @ all. BTW, how bout a pic of u HULK?? Or did I hit the pear shaped nail on the head..................

    To SimplyFlawless- what I find ironic is you coming onto a board and lashing out at others. It's not just genetics that has gotten me to where I am now, it's hard-ass work. That of which I hope you know a thing or two about. Secondly- when I get everything on hand- I will post a picture/progress in the "Members Cycle Results". You can jeer all you want once that is up.

    id rather go with a 400mg/wk for 12 wk cycle over a 500mg/wk 10 wk cycle
