I'm in the 4th week of my second cycle now: deca 400mg/wk and winstrol 5 mg tabs (now at 30 mg/day)
Who can tell me howmuch winnie I have to use, just to prevent gyno from the deca.
My problem with winstrol is that I am getting acne from it, so I want to use as less as possible.

IMO 50mg EOD will be fine.
50mg ED is a reasonable dose, though I would not run that for 10 weeks, 5/6 max. Again have some milk thistle on in your supplementation programme.
Ps what are your stats goals?
This is my third, actually second cycle, the first one was so low at dosage, that I don't count it.
This was for 3 years ago, and I didn't kwow much about steroids.
Now I am 1.88 meter and 96 kg with about 16% bodyfat.
My goals are to gain 3 to 5 kg netto, with this cycle (3 I already have) and keep my bodyfat the same.
For after this cycle I have clomid for 3 weeks, superclen and T3.
I'll use the clomid, and are going to try the superclen.
If this works, as I read, I should be able to cut my bodyfat to somewhere between 8 and 12 %.
And what I really look forward too is, that my face is becoming smooth again.
My skin isn't doing well on winstrol.
So We'll see how things are working out.
Pperhaps doing an other cycle next year, but not with DHT drugs like winstrol.
I think I'll go for equipose/boldone with anavar and maiby a bit of testo.
I've never used tsto's, because I'm a bit scared about my own production.

For those of us that are metric system challenged, the converisons are as follows.
6" 1' Height. 211 Pounds.
He wants to gain 6.5 to 11 pounds.
I would take the Winny to 50 MG ED or even 50 MG EOD. That should keep the progesterone sides away. If you are experiencing joint pains from the Winny, go with some MSM. It works for me.Quote:

I would definatly run winny at 50mg but I would run it everyday due to its short half life.
a pound = 0.454 kg
1 kg = 2.205
a foot = 0.305 meter
1 meter = 3.281 feet
1 inch = 0,0254 meter
1 meter = 39.37 inch
So my stats:
Height: 6 feet 1.4 inch
Weight: 216.1 pounds
Bodyfat 16 %
It took me half an hour to find and calculate, but since this board is american, I try to stick to the feet and pounds stuff.

In all honesty I would not count on your winny combatting gyno from progesterone sides related to deca. There really is no good sturdy clinical findings that suggest that the ideas and theories about winny being an agent that prevents the binding to progesterone receptors are valid. 8wks of deca at 400/wk is probably not going to cause gyno though - unless you are severely prone to progesterone sides - if you dont like the winny dont bother using it - I WOULD add SOMETHING to that cycle though - or atleast would have before it was too late.

50 mg a day of winny will do you good.
I'll try to cut back the winstrol and add some primo.
My bother is that primo is also a DHT drug, and might be even bad for my skin as the winstrol is.
I even was thinking about quiting the cycle at all, because of the acne I'm developing.
What I haven't told you guy's before is that I've started using accutane, for 40 mg a day now.
An other option is raising this to 60 mg, and see how the skin is doing. I don't bother about a few pimples, but what I am getting now are really big red bubbles (forgive me my english, I don't yhe word for it), and all in my face.
For accutane the dosage in europe is 0.5mg/kg bodyweight.
Since mine is 96 (211 pounds) a should take about 50 mg a day.
If you can advise me an other combination with the deca, please.

How do you know it's not the deca giving you the acne? Have you been tanning lately? There is a good recent discussion on Acne... check it out.
I know the winnie is giving me acne, because I started 1 week before my first deca inj.
After a few day the pimples began to develop on my chin.
It could be that the deca is doing it too, but that I am not certain off.
I am going to check the acne discussion.

I am going to be doing that same cycle this spring. Deca 400mg
for 8 weeks and winny 50mg a day for 6 weeks. I don't want
any zits though. Do you all get acne when you use winny. I
never got any acne from deca.
Iknow you can get it from deca, so if you don't, maybe you don't get it from the winnie too
Like Arthur said, dec will give you acne, never seen winny do it.
I don't know if Winny will give you the acne but a few of my buds were getting acne from their Deca/Dbol/Sust cycle, all the did was tan alot and shower with a loofa/lufa/loofuh brush <----- however you spell that damn thing, the scrub brush, you get it! That got rid of their acne when it developed. Only one of my buds actually used the accutane but he said he didn't notice a big difference.

Milk thistle 900mg/day from now till 10 days after you stop winny 400-500mg/day after that till you stop deca
Clomid for post cycle
Wash you face twice a day with face cream, drink lots of water and use benzoil peroxide.

I was developing acne after 3 weeks, but then I was also using deca.
So, is it winnie, deca, or both.
What I can say, is that I have a oillie skin, and that the juice is worsening that.
Accutane is helping me, but I have to use 0.5 mg / kg (/.45 for pounds) bodyweight. Less than that won't do the job.
So, ask yourself. Did I hacve acne when I was an adolecent.
Do I have an oily skin. Do I have a pimple regulair.
I think (it is for me), if al above is true, your quite sensitive to it. If not, I wouldn't worry.

Bad enough to make people asking me about it.
Bad enough to make me want to stay home, from familie and work.
I've experienced with the accutane, and now I kwow my dase, it okay. Not a very smooth face, but that can come, and I am not having tha normally too.
If I am doing my next cycle, I will have accutane in my possesion, just to be sure.
An other thing that I want to find out, is what drug is known for acne, and which are less, or not
Some people are effected by acne more than others if your used to accutane you know how hard it is on your liver I wouldnt run winnie and accutane at the same time.
