Hi people , My name is Dan 28 calling from the UK I have been training natural for a couple of years and have now taken the other route to try gain serious poundage
i am running 2ml sus and 1 ml of deca on a tuesday and sat each week
i eat 6 times a day and train 4 times per week(weights) and 3 times 1/2 hour cardio
I started the cycle at 85kg and now 6 weeks later am weighing in at 95kg. I have noticed some serious gains in strength adding 30kg to bench and 40kg- 40kg to deadlift to squat- Are these good gains or am i doing something wrong. When does the test really kick in?
