    About me

    age :26
    Height : 6'4"
    Weight : 265lbs
    fat percentage is roughly 20-25%

    Current Cycle : Week 6 of 10 (Test blend 400 and Deca 300)

    I have been successfully bulking for 6 weeks however I have recently been signed into a new fight for boxing. I need to improve my cardio and lose weight.
    However, Im at a loss for what to do.
    I guess I just dont know if I should continue Deca since its not a great cutting steroid correct? would the water retention slow me down?
    I tried to jog yesterday and it was embarassing to say the least

    Any general knowledge or advice for my situation would be much appreciated
    I need to come off my bulk and gear more towards endurance. Any tips would be awesome. Thank you

    Your bf is rather high to be cycling even a bulking cycle. If you need to cut weight ( which you should do anyways) I would stop the deca and stay on test and way way up cardio. You shouldn't be not able to jog while on a cycle cuz cardio is needed for ur heart.
    Gear only enhances how you train so if you can't run then adjust your training. What is your pct plan? ( I'm on my phone and can't look back so if u have it up nvm) are you using hcg on cycle?

    I hope its not a drug tested fight. Change your diet, do some serious cardio cause your body fat % is way to high to be cycling correctly. Your at risk for erse's.

    ^^ i agree but you may need to get the diet in check 2. You should be eating 5 or 6 quality meals per day to boost your metabolism. Hit up the diet forum and you will be amazed!

    The Plan

    Plan:

    Week 7 of 10 - Come off of Deca and stay on test

    Sunday - REST
    Monday - Boxing (Mostly just cardio work, extremely intense)
    Tuesday - Weights (Chest & Tri's)
    Wednesday - Boxing
    Thursday - Weights (Back & Bi's)
    Friday - Boxing
    Saturday - Weights (Legs & Shoulders)

    Weight training days will include a 3 mile jog

    Diet

    Meal 1 :
    1/2 cup of oats
    2 eggs, 6 egg whites
    Yogurt

    Meal 2 :
    blended shake including
    1/2 cup of oats
    banana
    blue berries
    50 g of pro

    Meal 3 :
    chicken breast
    sweet potatoe
    salad

    Meal 4:
    blended shake of
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    50 grams of protein
    almonds

    Meal 5:
    can of tuna
    veggies
    olive oil

    As for PCT at the end of my first cyle I have nolva
    Im glad ill be ending deca earlier too
    let my body ease off
    any advice, criticism or just calling me a dumb ass if you spot a huge error, let loose. Ill take any help I can get

    i would get Clomid in that pct.
    and get on some HCG now.

    and for the cardio, do a 30min jog every morning when you wake up on a empty stomach. you dont have to go super hard, just be consistant and dont stop. 'just keep *running* just keep *running*' mentality lol.

    and im no diet guru, but i would say that it needs some more work. Check out that forum, theres LOADS of info there and more help.

    I think you should add a meal 6 just protein greens and fats. Other comments in bold. This is with out knowing the exact macros that you are eating but if you adjust to these food sources you should see a difference. If you post this up in the diet forum you will get more help.
