Plan:
Week 7 of 10 - Come off of Deca and stay on test
Sunday - REST
Monday - Boxing (Mostly just cardio work, extremely intense)
Tuesday - Weights (Chest & Tri's)
Wednesday - Boxing
Thursday - Weights (Back & Bi's)
Friday - Boxing
Saturday - Weights (Legs & Shoulders)
Weight training days will include a 3 mile jog

Meal 1 :

Yogurt ([Remove the yogurt and replace with fruit)
Meal 2 :
blended shake including(remove the shake and add a whole protein source)
1/2 cup of oats
banana
blue berries
50 g of pro
Meal 3 :
chicken breast
sweet potatoe
salad
Meal 4:
blended shake of (remove the shake and add a whole protein source)
1/2 cup oatmeal
50 grams of protein
almonds
Meal 5:
can of tuna
veggies
olive oil
As for PCT at the end of my first cyle I have nolva
Im glad ill be ending deca earlier too
let my body ease off
any advice, criticism or just calling me a dumb ass if you spot a huge error, let loose. Ill take any help I can get
