My idea is to use Test C, Deca, D-Bol, and Nolvadex. I just need an idea of how much an when, to worried I'd screw it up on my own.
Before I take a stab at amounts Id like to know your thoughts on amounts.
I'm going off of Ronnie's 8 week slingshot cycle.
Been training 4 years. I'm 25, 5'7, 160 lbs, 15%.
Sample workouts might not hurt either, I'm planning on using the slingshot ideas for that as well.
