    Only framework

    I have been doing general reading on here for quite some time. But I still wanna make sure I'm getting this right or at least a decent framework. By the way, after reading on here, your all pretty knowledgeable and a great help to others, it's appreciated by new guys.

    My idea is to use Test C, Deca, D-Bol, and Nolvadex. I just need an idea of how much an when, to worried I'd screw it up on my own.

    Before I take a stab at amounts Id like to know your thoughts on amounts.

    I'm going off of Ronnie's 8 week slingshot cycle.

    Been training 4 years. I'm 25, 5'7, 160 lbs, 15%.

    Sample workouts might not hurt either, I'm planning on using the slingshot ideas for that as well.

    I'm assuming you are trying to lay the framework for your first cycle?

    The frame work for a cycle is the diet and training aspects. I suspect the diet aspect is not tuned in? Have you been to the diet section here and gone over your eating habits yet?

    your a little light at 160lbs to start cycleing you could hit 160lbs at 10% bf quite easily with good diet and training,then mabey consider a cycle but if you cycle now you will most likely lose any gains(diet) and mabey even have ed problems due to poor pct(deca will shut you down hard ''deca dick'' and nolva wont help) stick around you will learn alot quite quickly here then if you still decide to run a cycle you will be alot better prepared
