I think Dec has contributed pretty well on here, especially when it comes to AAS, and giving people the heads up on it. Maybe you should be the one to avoid this forum if you he's bothering you that much.

that's a fvcking stupid thread to make. I didn't see one useless comment from him, he has been helpful to me time to time and I guess he has far more experience with steroids than you, who just finished your first cycle ...
