If you already had gyno from puberty can steroids make it even worse?

I have had gyno since about age 13, and I am wondering if it can get even worse if you cycle?

Because i already have the puffy nipples, but normally they look normal if it gets cold, or i am working out, dunno why. But one of them looks a little puffier then the other, and is a little sore behind the nipple. I am running 40mgs of nolva, how long should i do that for?

you are currently doing 40mg nolva now? drop that to 20 now.
You had it since puberty and still having pain? that could be a good enough reason to get your insurance to pay for gyno surgery. I never had pain with mine, untill i was on 40mg nolva (then it started to come back uneven) dropped it to 20mg and was perfect. did that for 5 weeks and its gone. now 4 months later and still no sign
