Shoulder/forearm/finger pain.. minor degeneration of cervical spine, ART or Chiro?

Hey guys decided to post here as there are more viewers, and I have done a few cycles here and there. I have posted a few other times regarding my issue of a dull aching pain in my collar bone area, shoulder, forearm and finger pain. I did have an ultra sound done of the shoulder (and everything came back clear with no bursitis/tears etc. I then had a MRI of my neck done, and they said there was mild degeneration. I went to a known chiropractor around my area and for just over a month had adjustments done as he did X-rays and said my neck lost it's natural C-shape and needed to be placed back (may be my neck, but I think chiro's are bs). I have started going to a Kinesiologist for Active Release Technique, and he believes that the problem is my neck as well but he said my muscles are imbalanced and that is what is causing the problem (which I kind of believe as I have a little tilt to my head when looking in the mirror).

Basically, my question is should I do 4-6 weeks of ART and see where that leads me? I do not have much insurance, as my mom is the only one in the family with it (I'm only 20 years of age). This has been going on since February 2011 and I do have some pain when extending my neck backwards (but only in the neck, does not worsen symptoms in arm).

Find a Osteopathic Doc that does manipulation. More highly trained than chiros and MD's with all the same privlidges as MD's.
sounds like Thoracic outlet syndrome, and I dunno what active release technique exactly entails from a kinesiologist but i know a good DO will know what to do. Much better option than surgery.
If you trust the chiro and believe he knows his stuff then go for it. If its doubtful or you dont konw or want a 2nd opinion then find a DO doc.

Mike, go to your county health office. They can set you up with who you need to see. If you can't afford to pay, they can work something out with you as a Medically Indigent Adult.

Active release is very deep tissue manipulation manually.. it breaks down scar tissue etc, and will give arm/whatever body part its being done to more ROM...

Anyone have any other suggestions? I think chiro is a waste of money

They're not required by law to treat you regardless of ability to pay?
