long story short january 1 - 160 kg @ 56 bf % , working out 5 days a week for 7 months lost 25kg 10%bf. then i got on a hgh cycle 2 iu for 2 weeks, then 3 iu for 2 weeks. down to 126 with 40% bf. now am currently on a 4iu 5 days 2 off and cyclin clen aswell

any ideas how i can boost the lost in bf % . my body is definitely changing in shape but not #'s. any tips or cycle , exercises etc... that could help . much appreciated
